Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a booking with 74 Grey Street Meeting Rooms, operated by River Oaks Mews Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance via our online booking system at meetingroomgisborne.com. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation email from us.
Tenant bookings made using the promo code are subject to management approval. A booking request does not guarantee availability until formally approved and confirmed in writing.
Full payment is required at the time of booking for all standard (non-tenant) reservations. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (15%) unless otherwise stated.
To cancel a booking, please contact us at management@74greyst.co.nz as soon as possible.

You are responsible for any damage caused to the room, furniture, equipment, or building during your booking period. The cost of any repairs or replacements will be charged to the card on file.
River Oaks Mews Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises. We recommend you do not leave valuables unattended.
We make every effort to ensure all equipment (display screens, video conferencing, Wi-Fi) is in working order. In the unlikely event of a technical failure, we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. No refund will be given for minor technical issues that do not prevent the room from being used.
Access to the building is available during your booked hours only. Please do not arrive earlier than your booking start time. The building is located at 74 Grey Street, Gisborne — Level 4, accessible via the front lift on the Grey Street side.
River Oaks Mews Ltd reserves the right to enter any room at any time for safety, maintenance, or emergency purposes.
We reserve the right to terminate a booking immediately and without refund if these Terms and Conditions are breached, or if the behaviour of any person in your group is deemed inappropriate, dangerous, or disruptive.
We shall not be liable for any failure to provide the booked room due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, power outage, or government-imposed restrictions. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our booking services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
